Designing for me is more than just aesthetics. It’s an enticing challenge — to solve a customer problem in a simplistic way, while simultaneously satisfying a need for the business. No two problems or solutions are exactly the same. It’s fulfilling for me to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Review existing user research, do competitive analysis, review metrics, conduct workshops and discovery work before beginning designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, determine a strategy, create initial designs, and implement designs with engineering.
Gather user feedback, monitor metrics, and continuously make updates to the designs to ensure key metrics are being met.
I love creating strategies while playing board games, enjoy chronically picking up and dropping hobbies (someday I'll finish knitting that scarf, I swear!), and am passionate hand lettering and calligraphy.
